Close to Civilization, Miles Away From It All

An array of restaurants and the Seminole Towne Center shopping mall are only 5 miles away at the intersection of I-4 and State Road 46. Historic Sanford, with its lovely marina and downtown antique shops is close by. 20 minutes to the west is Mount Dora with its scenic downtown shopping district.

We are only 20 minutes from downtown Orlando and 40 minutes from the Universal and Disney Attraction area.

From Orlando

Take I-4 Eastbound to Exit 101C (Hwy 46 Sanford/Mt. Dora). Turn left (westbound) and continue 5 miles to Wekiva Park Drive (last right before Wekiva River Bridge).

From Daytona/Volusia

Take I-4 Westbound to Exit 101C (Hwy 46 Sanford/Mt. Dora). Turn right (westbound) and continue 5 miles to Wekiva Park Drive (last right before Wekiva River Bridge). Turn right on Wekiva Park Drive and take first left onto unmarked drive.

From Hwy 441/Mt. Dora

From Hwy 441 take Hwy 46 eastbound. Continue 20 miles to Wekiva Park Drive (first left after Wekiva River Bridge).
